My name is Nikolas Pesta,
and I am a 21-year-old working as an agent at J-Noah Entertainment since 2015. I have always been passionate about the entertainment industry, and being a part of J-Noah has allowed me to pursue my dreams and contribute to the success of talented individuals.
As an agent, my role is to scout and represent talented artists. I work closely with the talent to help shape their careers, negotiate contracts, and secure opportunities for them to showcase their skills. It’s a challenging yet rewarding job that requires a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate the ever-evolving entertainment landscape.
